We recognize the concerns and anxieties associated with leaving your pets while you're away. Rest assured, our commitment involves providing the same love and care they receive at home. Our unique "in-home" boarding ensures a tranquil and stress-free experience, deviating from the standard kennel setting. Our philosophy centers on treating each animal with the same affection and attention we would expect for our own. Your dogs will enjoy our expansive, securely fenced natural doggy park, fostering serene environment for them to socialize and play within the pack. We selectively accommodate a limited number of dogs to ensure individualized attention, exercise, and care for each furry guest.

50% due at booking. Remainder 3 days prior to pick up.

  •  Empowering owner trainers to achieve their goal of having a high-quality Service Dog. Enabling them to regain independence. 

  • Addressing challenging issues such as reactivity, aggression, fearfulness, phobia, and separation anxiety.

  • Tackling everyday problems ranging from cultivating polite on-and-off manners to curbing destructive behavior. 

  • Guiding new four-legged family members, whether it's raising puppies correctly or aiding shelter dogs in adapting to home life.

Small Group Lessons

In a professional setting, our group classes are intentionally limited to 3-6 dogs, ensuring an enhanced experience for our clients. Classes cater to a range of needs, spanning from puppy socials to intermediate obedience. Additionally, we provide customized group lessons for clients who prefer assembling their own training group and training goals.

Field Trip Group Classes

Our Field Trip group classes cater to clients seeking well-behaved pets in pet-friendly environments such as Home Depot and Murdock's. Ideal for Service Dogs in Training (SDIT), these sessions focus on generalizing known cues, ignoring environmental motivators and more. The culmination is graduation class hosted in a pet-friendly restaurant. Participation is at an intermediate level, requiring dogs to possess basic obedience skills.

5 weeks of training: $200

Day Training

 ​Day Training provides a solution when time is scarce and you don't want to miss your companion during a board & train. Our professional dog trainer comes to your home, offering hands-on training to accelerate achievement. Melanie takes the lead in teaching essential foundation skills, allowing you to build on them effortlessly. 

Day Training Programs

Puppy Day Training Program:

  • 6 Weeks Long

  • 3 Sessions Per Week 

  • $1800 

                                                     General Day Training Program:

  • 8 Weeks

  • 4 Sessions Per Week 

  • $2990

The final weekly session is dedicated to involving the client, reviewing the week's progress with their dog, and assigning homework for both the client and their canine companion. Ensuring optimal results necessitates active client participation and learning alongside their dog.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, we have established the following cancellation and no-show policy for private lessons:

 

1. Cancellation and Rescheduling:

  • Clients are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled session if they need to cancel or reschedule.

  • In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice or a no-show without prior communication, the client will be responsible for payment of the session.

  • For clients with lesson packages, the missed session will be deducted from their package.

 

2. Non-package Holders:

  • Clients who do not have a lesson package will be required to pay for the missed session and prepay for the next session in order to schedule it.

 

3. Emergency Cancellation:

  • We understand that emergencies can arise unexpectedly, and we aim to be understanding and compassionate. At our discretion, we may allow a one-time emergency cancellation without penalty. Please note that this exception is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

 

Package Policy for Private Lessons:

 

For clients who have purchased a package of private sessions, the following policy applies:

1. Validity:

  • The package of private sessions is valid for a period of 3 months from the date of purchase.

 

2. Scheduling Flexibility:

  • Clients have the flexibility to schedule their sessions within the 3-month period according to their convenience and availability. We do recommend weekly or bi-weekly sessions for best results. 

 

3. Communication:

  • As part of our commitment to provide excellent service, we typically reach out to clients 1-2 times during the 3-month period to check on their scheduling preferences and assist with booking sessions.

Cancellation and No-show Policy for Group Classes:

 

1. No make up classes for Group Classes. 

Cancellations due to weather:

  • We will make a decision based on road conditions in the area and outdoor temperatures immediately surrounding the training area. If your class is cancelled, you will not be charged for that class/session and a make up class/session will be scheduled. All weather-related cancellation notifications will be done through text message or phone call. Please be advised that there could be times, due to weather related factors, that these notifications may be last minute. 

 

Other cancellations:

  • Classes/sessions that have to be cancelled due to instructor illness, travel or other emergencies. We will communicate those situations as early as possible via text message, phone call, or announcements in class (if lead time allows) We will attempt to call everyone on the class roster. It is the client's responsibility to have up-to-date contact information on file with us. In case the instructor cancels class/session, clients will not be charged for the class/session and clients will have their class extended by one week or session rescheduled as soon as our schedule allows. 

Refunds for services purchased:

  •  We have a no refund policy for any of our services.

Please note that these policies are subject to change at our discretion, and we encourage clients to review them periodically for any updates. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies, as they help us maintain an efficient and fair schedule for all of our clients.
